Windows 7 + Intel HD2500 User Interface Flicker

This applies to MXWendler version 4.2 and above

Problem

1. Fresh install mxwendler stage designer.

2. Open MXWendler for the first time.

3. Flickering UI Window.

Solution

Only flickers when the Output window is smaller than 1024 in width:

After resizing the Output/UI window everything works well.

Does not happen during the show.
