Building a good system.

In general, you can be sure that any dedicated graphics card available today can run the MXWendler software. But there are performance differences, so feel free to ask at our support forum. A critical part is the disk. Video moves a lot of data. Full and fragmented notebook disks have low performance. Get a raid, get a SSD drive, defragment your drive and keep it at maximum 60% full.

       NVidia
       ATI ( recommended )
       >512 MB dedicated Memory recommended
       SLI or dual-GPU setups are not recommended.
       They improve gaming performance but do not improve video throughput.
   Disk
       Any disk possible
       SSD disks for fast access supported
       Raid for HD content supported
   External Controllers
       Midi supported ( any standard midi )
       Midi Motorfader supported
       DMX supported ( Enttec, Soundlight, e:cue )
       Artnet supported
       Windows: WiiRemote controller supported
   Memory
       Recommended 4GB
   Audio
       Windows: System Audio
       Windows: Multichannel ASIO Audio supported
       Mac: Multichannel Core Audio supported


Video Disk RAM
Minimal NVidia: 9600, ATI X900 SATA 7200 Rpm 2GB
Medium NVidia: GT560, ATI X3650 SATA 10000 Rpm 4GB
High NVidia: GTX485, ATI: HD5870 SSD 8GB
